From a small beginning as a Manufacturer/Exporter in the year 1972 at Calcutta, during the next twenty five years it slowly but gradually emerged as a major player in export of a wide range of products.

Within no time since its foundation it gradually became one of the largest in its segment & with quality products under its stringent quality control manufacturing process, became the largest Manufacturer & Exporter of Sports Goods (Indoor Games) from the year 1983 onwards. The Company's expertise was amply rewarded by earning quite a name in this segment & it bagged several Awards & Certificates of Excellence from Export Promotion Council, Ministry of Commerce & Govt. of India sponsored organisations.

From this early solid manufacturing base, as India opened up its economy to a more outward looking regeime, the company ventured into merchant export in outdoor Sports Goods, Wooden Handicrafts, Silk & Cotton Textiles, Leather Products, Finished Leathers, Marine Products, Industrial Hand Gloves & Decorative Laminate Sheets etc.

The company emphasised upon a stringent quality control and development programme for all its products during all these years.

Apart from the inhouse development, the company embarked upon a policy of vendor development for whichever product and merchandise to be exported. It was necessary to have such a network of quality manufacturer/suppliers support base, because company's activity stretched in different corners of India.
